I used to be a skinny as heck 3 years ago. I started weight lifting and exercising and in 3 years I've gotten much more defined and "ripped". I'm still not big and musculer, but I don't plan on going there because girls normally don't like big guys anyways. I've constantly kept my body-fat percentage under 10% and I feel great now because I get a lot of compliments from friends and even people I don't talk to much in my college classes lol.
