Motherfuck I imported the motion control-less censored Japanese PS3 version in the summer because it seemed like there was no chance in hell of this game getting released in North America. lol. Making the transition to a Wiimote/Nunchuk setup to a gamepad setup felt very weird believe it or not. The gamepad controls for the game sucked. It has nothing to do with lack of waggle (though the waggle of the Wii version was fun). The controls just didn't feel as effective as the Wiimote/Nunchuk setup. I noticed that my performance was significantly impaired with the gamepad compared to the Wiimote/Nunchuk. It was such a shame because you'd think it would be impossible to screw up the controls for a simple, bare bones (by God of War/Bayonetta/etc. standards) hack n slash like No More Heroes.
I think I'm going to skip this because I don't really feel like buying the Move. It's like $100 for the bundle and a further $30 for the Nav (which I'm assuming will be required for this since you needed a Nunchuk for the original version). If I bought the Move, I would rent this to beef up my trophy count even though I've beat No More Heroes three times already. lol.
As for whether No More Heroes is up to PS3 standards, that depends on personal opinion. God of War to me is like a blood and testosterone action movie whereas No More Heroes is more of an indie arthouse effort. Provided that I find the indie movie interesting, I much prefer it to the blood and testosterone.
