The same thing just happened to me. $150 charged on the account, e-mail changed, etc. Basically the exact same thing. Never shared my account, never replied to those phishing e-mails, etc. I found this post by googling to see if I was the only one who got his account stolen and I found about 6 mentions of accounts mysteriously being charged $150 between Oct. 20 and today. Good to know calling Customer's Service works though.
