360...wins again.
its just how it is now.
black friday will be very interesting.

My thoughts exactly. I love that America is supporting their console, much like the Japanese do with theirs. Microsoft has hit a sweet spot, and i think it'll be there for quite some time. I'm eagerly looking forward to Black Friday, and the Kinect launch.

I cannot believe people are still hanging on to this kind of Myth. If nothing else, 360s and PS3s are NOT being completely manufactured and assembled in their native countries. Besides, the Wii still has the largest userbase in America regardless of 360 sales being stronger recently. I believe in competition before I succumb to national loyaty of a product. Not smart shopping.

whats up? in a bad mood or something?
|
I wouldn't say "bad." But it's human nature to expose the truth to erroneous claims.

What "Myth" are you referring to? You've completely missed the point in which case makes my post no much more "erroneous" than your assertion.
This has nothing to do with where consoles are being manufactured, and assembled. It has to do with the company they represent. Last time i checked Microsoft was an American company, and Sony - a Japanese one. I have a PS3 - look me up i'm currently playing Uncharted 2 online. Oh and would you look at that, i have a X360 too, and i currently playing Bioshock 1 for some acheivement whoring...wow...
I believe in competition just as much as the next guy, as i do "smart shopping". However that doesn't mean i'm not happy about MY country supporting THEIR company, and their product(s).

This myth... " I love that America is supporting their console, much like the Japanese do with theirs." I've already explained the principle behind this flawed argument.

You haven't explained ANYTHING. You made a statement that had nothing to do with my argument. This isn't a "myth". Japanese people support Japanese products more so than another country's. This isn't rocket science, maybe you've been under a rock(?)
