I meant PSP, but im not sure that makes it better...lol.

I love my PSP for emulators but retail games are not very good when youre on the bus, on a plane or on the go IMO. It needs to be quick arcade style action...not a game that has 10 minute loading menu and cut scenes before you start any gameplay.

Contra is a good portable game while Silent Hill for example, not so much

PSP has a lot more of those immersive cinematic story driven style games than the arcade style games that you can play for 15 minutes and have a blast. Sony doesn't seem to get that fully yet...and keeps pumping downgraded home console types of games...hence my "poor mans home console" comment.

Ah, gotcha now. Have to say I kinda agree.
