I think the online pass/free day one DLC for new buys type thing is a great idea!
- It rewards people for buying new
- People can still buy used without missing an essential piece of the game
- People can still buy used and for a minimum price get the DLC and support the developers
- Used prices will be lowered so people still buy used
It's a win all around.
