I'm not talking sales. I'm trying to say Fable 3 is one of if not only game that can appeal to pretty much anybody this year.
I would've gave this award to Little Big Planet 2 but it got delayed.
Games like Halo/COD would mostly appeal to FPS fans.
Gran Turismo 5 pretty much appeals to racing fans.
Fable 3 however, can appeal to adventure, action, simulator, strategy, hack and slash, rpg, and shooter, and co-op fans. And casual minigame players too.
Adventure- Plenty of open space and riddles. Lots of things to find
Action- Explosions etc...
Simulator- Adjusting economy, buying/selling
strategy- One of the ways to be king
Hack and slash- weilding the sword
rpg- leveling up, magic etc.
shooter- first person crossbow/gun
Co-op wont be trash this time
mini games- card games, jobs etc
what do you think? Red dead redemption also comes to mind
