Its for wow?! Well leave your cpu as is! Even mine which is slower at stock plays every game now perfectly.
Its better to close your case so it wont suck much dust inside and cpu's while playing never get as hot as they get with prime 95 so you are super ok!
I agree with Squilliam keep your GTX260 and wait for the new ATI's. Your cpu will last more than a year at stock!
