I use to be a pretty big anime fan, back in the boom, I don't really watch to much new anime these days, not a lot of anime gets aimed at adults these days. I do still keep up with anime features though, if not just because I'm a total cinefile.
Favroite Series
›› Cowboy Bebop ~ What's not to like? Great animation, great plot, great characters, great music.. etc.
›› Trigun ~ The anime is awesome, but the manga blows it away.
›› Blue Gender ~ Under appreciated anime, it's some great sci-fi, with some nice plot twists.
Favroite Feature Films
›› Nausicaa of the Valley of the Wind ~I love every Miyazaki film, but this is my outright favorite.
›› Akira ~ Simply classic, great science fiction story with plenty of sub-plot.
›› Memories ~ A collection of three short anime films, my personal favorite Magnetic Rose is simply to die for
›› Perfect Blue ~ Satoshi Kon's best work, he was lost to soon.
