It's like people who complain about innocnet's dieing during war.  Collateral damage isn't a rarity it's common place.  Even the smartest bomb isn't going to blow everything up but innocents.  Even the best trained group of soldiers are going to torture, kill and rape.

I mean hell, does anyone actually think various US soldeirs didn't rape, murder or torture people?  No doubt in my mind it happened... at best we could hope they were discharged but under different pretexts... at worse they may of just been left in their units.  That's going to happen with any military in any country in the world... and you are going to try and cover it up, because all it does otherwise is give the other side more reason to fight.

 

Like I said, it's why these situations aren't worth it.


The best trained soldiers aren't going to torture, kill and rape. As far as this war goes, the US soldiers that did that sort of stuff (Abu Ghraib and things) were mostly the least well trained and usually there is a breakdown in the chain of command.
