| Reasonable said: Their work. With Pixar they deliver the best artistic material, blending great visuals with real depth of story. Shrek, Kung Fu, etc. are fun in their way, but most Dreamworks animation if terribly fluffy and light, and in the case of films like Kung Fu Panda I'd argue actually stuffed with awful "just want it and you'll get it" or "the magic is in you" messages which I simply abhor in material for children, mainly because it's simply wrong and doesn't remotely relfect the real world. |
