You forgot to say the biggest system seller ever... Wii Sports.

Wii Sports is a sports compilation, i.e. a different form of mini-game compilation. The difference between it and (most) past games of it's type is that the Wiimote could be used for each individual activity, rather then having to buy many seperate peripherals. There have been sports games prior that have used peripherals.

As a game, Wii Sports may be addictive, but innovative it is not so much. Assuming "innovation" is being used in the sense that it is doing something previously not seen or done before.

Well, can you tell us something that has one remote (with motion controls) do all kinds of different sports and minigames, if it's not innovative?
