I still don't understand how you're not banned.  I and many others have been banned for saying far less shit than you.  Hell you just called someone a jerk and earlier pretty much called the Wii garbage and insulted its users and you're still here.   I get a mod wanting to ban me for 90 days for wondering if Agent could become multiplatform in a thread.

He just talked crap saying that I don't belong here & that nobody wants me here, so I fired back at him for that. I just gave out my opinion & valid points on why I don't like Kinect & the Wii. Plus I never exactly insulted Wii users except for him (all I said is that most of Wii owners are non-gamers & casuals). If people want to act rude towards me or insult me, then they should expect the same back towards them. Plain & simple. If people don't like me, they can just ignore me or leave. There are plenty of people out there that really cares about me & will want to hear my opinions on what I have to say. That's the damn bottom line.

Plus they shouldn't ban you just for giving out your opinion for wondering about a certain game being multiplat. That's just cruel.

The damn bottom line is you abide by the rules or get banned, shape up or ship out, but you can't go around calling people jerks however much you think you're free to give your opinion.
