Laputa for me as well. Resonated well with the Jules Verne wave I was riding on back then. I also loved the theme melody, had that in .mid lol... must have been mid-90s right after we got dial-up.
When I watched Laputa though, neither studio nor creator registered with me, was around 10-11 y/o probably. Spirited Away is what actually got me to watch a lot of the ones I hadn't seen, and rewatch Laputa (rediscover more like it).
