"Christian values" and "Christian" is a difference still, germany (and all of europe for that matter) is for the most part christian and so is our culture, our morals views and our politics, its all tied with the christian values, it doesnt mean that all non-christians have to leave, just that the muslims arent allowed to view a man "as the value of 2 women" (quran) or that they just kill every non muslim how its told in the quran, just saying...
and btw merkel and cdu are not conservative anymore, since 2005 exactly, there are left winged, here in germany we dont have conservative partys anymore, thats a reason why everybody is agreeing with thilo sarrazin, because the politicians (like merkel) ignore what 90% of the people here think (90% agreed with sarrazins statements according to a poll) and the media is (just like the politics) very left winged here, you arent allowed to say "turk murdered his girlfriend because she didnt want to be with him anymore" you must say (to be "politically correct") "southman (thats normally spain or italy) murdered his girlfriend and so on" Or just change "mustafa" to "klaus", its no problem here, sadly... but after 5-10 years germany will wake up, just like netherlands and france are right now hopefully... |
I can understand why you may feel frustrated, but do you think that muslim men are the only ones who do such things? Why should the fact that the guy was a turk be mentioned at all?
Also, sexual equality didn't evolve from Christianity, so if it's wrong in the West to think of a man "as the value of two women", that certainly isn't a merit of Christianity (where women are viewed negatively), but of feminists.
