Halo Reach is definetly a step up from Halo 3 in terms of variety which I think is what some core players are having a hard time with. Using the armor abilities takes time to master and good players will figure them out. It's not noobish to use inv or amror lock it's part of the game and you need to learn how to use them to your advantage.
