The only tactic the really pisses me off is spawn point camping,  someone sitting in view of a spawn point and just constantly firing on that position.   I some cases its a game design flaw,  but people still take advantage of it.  Camping in general only pisses me off if its a standard TDM game,  Snipers are excluded from this as running around with a bolt action rifle isnt the best of ideas.   But if its a game mode like Objective in Medal of Honor or Search and Destroy in  Call of Duty,  where they have to protect something.   Camping is a strategy that has to be used.

I'm glad you brought up snipers camping. I can't ever remember hearing someone say anything negative about a sniper. I mean isn't a sniper just a long ranged camper? I know that sniper rifles generally take more skill to score headshots but still. Couldn't one argue that it isn't too hard scoping in across a map on an unsuspecting noob? Not saying that I feel this way, just saying.

Sure they are a long range camper, but they are very limited in what they can do.  For starters The view through a scope is narrow so you have limited view and targets can be in and out of your scope in less than a second.  Plus in most games the crosshairs are moving a considerable amount and you only have a short period of time where you can steady a shot. Also most of your targets are going to be on the move,  and from a distance if you dont lead them just right its a miss.  Plus if it wasnt a solid hit/kill shot, like the arm or something,  a follow up shot is difficult due to time to reload, the recoil from the gun or the guy can just move out of your view.

That is kinda why I give snipers a free pass,  its not like its a guy with an M249 SAW sitting just around a corner, behind a chest high concrete wall, with a 100 bullet clip waiting for anyone to go past.
