that sounds.... pathetic, to be honest.

Basically he is saying that on some very very rare occasions it may "dip" below 60fps... dip? like to 50 or so fps... and thats the reason for the delay?  I'm not buying that at all.

this is Kaz and PD we're talking about, not saying I disagree with you, that would be total bullshit, but wouldn't be surprising if true
