I play and complete the main story of all the games I own. The following games still have side quests and the like unfinished:

Dragon Quest IX - only 72% of the optional quests and 61% of the alchemy

Super Paper Mario - haven't finished all the recipes

I'd consider gold on all of the arcade/challenge pretty much complete. Did you beat the story mode on hard?

I'm not sure, but I think on hard I got up to Robot Factory

As for the challenges/arcade mode, I remember getting a mixture of golds and platinums on them.
