LOL, good luck to them on that. Especially when the hype of this thing starts to wear off after December's over. It's not going to last long.

But of course. The Wii was just a fad, after all.

Yeah, keep defending garbage products like that & Kinect. All I know is that they came four years too late into this gen, & I don't think that it's going to make a huge impact in the long run.

Enjoy all those shovelware games. LOL.

Not sure about defending Kinect, seeing as I have no current plans on purchasing it, but the idea that hype will just randomly disappear is pre-2007. Especially for these kinds of things. I've lost count of how many times I've seen people say the Wii's hype would vanish. It's 2010 and the Wii's sales have only recently put it in last place in sales, after practically outselling the 360 and PS3 combined throughout it's life.

That's because most of those that bought a Wii aren't real gamers (most of them were casuals/non-gamers) who don't know what the heck a good game is. Do you honestly think real gamers like myself want to play games such as Wii Fit, Cooking Mama, & most of the games that's on Kinect & Move, etc.? I don't think so. I can do all those things in real life. Give people a few days to a week, tops, & they'll want to go back to playing good games with a regular controller.
