Is there a difference? Yes
Is it enough to scream bloody murder and not buy the game? No
Each of those screens has parts that are "better" than the other. Thing is, they are screens and Im almost betting that when you are moving in the game you will not notice a bit of jaggy here or there, or lack of color over there. Besdies, a game this massive will NEVER be perfect (ie bug free).
Ever play Daggerfall? Buggest damn game ever released that was completable. Simply amazing game.
Id bet each version of NV has bugs the other does not, problem is if there are as many as I keep reading about, good luck deciding which is due to ONLY the system it is being played on.
Oh well, Ill enjoy the game on my PC....bugs and all!
