hm? did i miss something? is WKC2 announced to be localized for US/EU?
Anyway, i think the point i really hated about the game, was that it could have been awesome.. You will see lots and lots of potential, and you'll also see how this potential gets destroyed.
But for the experience itself; it was quite enjoyable enough to buy the second installment day 1 if it ever releases outside of Japan. (:
