Ughh do people realize they stopped numbering Call of Duty's after 4? Yes Black Ops is the 7th in the series but it isn't called Call of Duty 7, just like World at War wasn't called CoD5 and MW2 wasn't called CoD6.
On Topic: You answered your own question, because its in February and its a PS3 exclusive on the AMERICAN pre-order chart. I don't expect it to be on the chart till maybe December at the earliest.
