The list isn't up to date, as RSEagle says, some games are cancelled and others don't even have a platform yet. Also it's not correct for 2008, it's more of a "that we know or have heard of in the future" because God of War 3 is due in 09 and some are just games with no announced name yet i.e Factor 5 Project #2.
Some of these titles are also speculations based on leaked info (Like magazine scans, websites, trade marks being bought i.e Resistance 2, even though neither Sony nor Insomniac have made an announcement yet).
It's a good list though, and I would like to see what happens to a lot of these games. As for it being accurate for the 08 titles, I'd say more like it shows which games are most likely to appear in 08 rather than what will actually show up. (and that's not taking into consideration delays)
