Final Fantasy XIV stays free due to 'current state of the game'

I visited these forums and thought that FF14 wasn't released yet since it seemed as though there are no posts on the MMO. This forum always seemed to be full of posts on anything final fantasy related.

Now I know why noones talking about it...
