What Makes Xbox live worth it?

They dont throw a headset in every console. In fact I think those are opnly special bundles. Live doesn't cost $80 either

Australia. Weird, I got one in my arcade bundle and it had it on the back of the box. I assumed it came with every 360 bundle.
