Easier to navigate user interface
Brighter and pretty experience (you always feel like a part of the community)
Bigger library of games (the 360 has been out since 05 and has plenty of games to show for it)
Xbox live is unparalleled quality (you pay for what you get)
Free games and content
The Xbox Live Party System (One of the greatest things about the Xbox 360. You and 7 friends can all join up together, play games together or everyone can play separate games yet still be able to talk to each other and interact. You don't know how fun this is until you try it.)
Deal of the Week (gives you discounts on games and add-ons every week, obviously)
You can log in multiple accounts (gamertags) on the 360 and everyone can earn achievements (did you know the ps3 has that ability in like 3 games, and only player one can earn trophies)
Really streamlined and easy to use Facebook, Twitter, Last FM, Netflix
Cross-Game chat. (Being able to talk to a friend no matter what game or what program your friend is using)
Really fast updates to games and the system (it can take upwards of over 15-20 minutes to update and install patches and such on PSN, don't believe me? Go download the game Pain. It took literally over and hour to download the updates on that single game.)
On the 360 a patch or update never takes more than 10 seconds (I know this for a fact as I have Peggle for both systems and recently had to update them both. Xbox 360 = 7 seconds. PS3 = 8 minutes. I kid you not ladies and gentlemen.)
Etc, etc, etc, gosh I could go on and on...
