give me some examples of features that need improving. i know psn definately needs cross game chat but what else. what makes xbox live so much more worth it?

- Better matchmaking, it uses Truskill
- Consistancy and reliability outside of the main games especially
- Game demos
- Less lag especially when playing with people overseas.
- Patches/updates take 2 seconds vs up to 1/4 hour
- Cross game chat
