It's not a big deal if people go out and have sex like this. And it's not the business of employers to give a shit about this. Let people live their life and have fun ffs. Jeez. This is why I don't use Facebook much. I have privacy settings set but still you don't know how reliable those are. You have no idea which potential employer could be looking at your stuff.
And as for the comment about her acting irresponsibly by having all this sex in highschool without protection. Keep in mind that not once in that document did she mention giving away her V-Card. So that means she has at most did the oral sex and handjob thing. How many people you know actually use a condom for handjobs and oral sex? Seriously? If you put another person's genitals on your mouth (or yours on their mouth), you are at risk for catching some STDs. That's just a risk you'll have to take. No getting around that. You can take precautions when having intercourse but unless you are ok with sucking latex, there's not much you can do precaution wise with oral sex aside from limiting the number of partners you involve yourself with.
