Nolan North
The voice of Drake himself has quite a resemblance to the character. He's done a great deal of work in gaming (Drake from Uncharted, Romeo from Halo 3:ODST, Desmond of AC, and a ton more) and has some acting experience in film and tv.
Nathan Fillion
No stranger to sci fi buffs everywhere for his role in Firefly, Nathan Fillion has made it publicly aware that he wants to be in the running to play Drake. His track record involves high thrill action and quirky one-liners; a perfect 1:1 of Drake himself. A tad older looking than the character and slightly too plump IMO, do you think the man who has personified Drake in many other fictional characters has the gusto to get his way?
Hugh Jackman
Probably the most well known actor on this list in a broader scope, Jackman would definitely bring more star power to the production and give it a great deal more mainstream spotlight.
