TBH, I think MS and Sony has switched places this generation. The abandonment of first party studios from MS is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. Even though I never cared much what PR people said in the companies (I usually ignored it and let fanboys chew on it), Aaron Greenburg is doing a good job in the bad PR movement. I do hope MS goes back to what it was about at the beginning of the generation - gaming. After avoiding the first Xbox with a 10 foot pole, MS had me for a while with Mistwalker being on board. I really want more than just Halo and Gears.
IMO, Sony has come out with the best games this gen even though it didn't seem like it at first. Of all 3 consoles I own, I use my PS3 about 85% of the time.
"Naturally the common people don't want war: Neither in Russia, nor in England, nor for that matter in Germany. That is understood. But, after all, IT IS THE LEADERS of the country who determine the policy and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship. Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is TELL THEM THEY ARE BEING ATTACKED, and denounce the peacemakers for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. IT WORKS THE SAME IN ANY COUNTRY." --Hermann Goering, leading Nazi party member, at the Nuremberg War Crime Trials
