Okay, its just a rumor i heard, and its hard to believe., but i heard that SCEE will announce it.
Stay tuned, while i try to get the info comfirmed. (even if i think it'll turn out to be a fake)

Examiner is spreading it, too, and they say it IS an official announcement by SCEE.
