First of all, color me impressed with your gaming knowlege. You really dug deep. Watched the vids. The problem lies within KungKras' arguement to find something "similar". There are always similar games because games take ideas from one another. That said I think some of your examples have more dissimilarities than not. Lets go through them one by one.
Metroid Never even seen the game you linked to but from what I watched I didn't see any shooting, hidden passageways to discover by environmental clues, upgraded weapon and power suit systems, morphball form, bosses, or a miriad of other features that comprise Metroid. Again, I've never played the game, but those things were lacking in the gameplay vid.
Mario I'm sorry, but saying pitfall is very similar to Mario doesn't compute for me. Mario plays and controls quite differently. If you break them down to their primitive play mechanics you can make the relation, but Mario offered so much more originality in environment design, sound design and control to the gaming world.
The Legend of Zelda I agree with the second video being like Zelda. Zelda is not as original as some other Nintendo franchises. I just think it does the formula best. (-:
Smash Bros I think you nailed this one pretty good to. How the heck do you know about all of these old games? I'm almost 30 and I don't remember them.
Ocarina of Time I played Body Harvest and aside from the free roaming aspect and visiting people and places it is more akin to GTA imo. Ocarina of Time plays differently.
Motion Controls Did the stick you showed even work? I'm not sure "tries" count. I realize Nintendo isn't the first company to explore motion controls but they are the first one to make them the standard for their console. You've got to give them props for at least that.
That's my two cents.

its not that its the same exact games, its that it proves that they didn't "Create" those genres like Kungras said, also its pretty easy to know about these games if you've been playing since the Atari days, =] , i don't really know why everyone forgot about that generation , everything was innovative.
also you could argue that this motion controller is the first to exist though i don't really know and i'm not sure about it.
