Gyroscopes have been used by Nintendo since the GBC, Also WM came out before the Move. In the end Sony usually copies Nintendo however both do contribute to the evolution of the market. Eventually if its a good idea then the other two competitors will usually follow suit. Natural progression occurs like the jump to 3D and HD for example its only natural for all three competitors to go in these directions.
Just look at PSEye and Kinect, everyone knew camera's could be used in gaming it was only natural for the competition to use similiar technology. All be it Nintendo who doesn't like to release copied technologies. Then again who knows what Nintendo's next home console will have to make it unique.
