Not just your opinion, I posted the same thing the other day. Microsoft really screwed up with their motion control solution by not implementing their own remote and nunchcuk clones. Having the ability to have no controller at all is all well and good but stops Kinect being used for any type of shooter...alienating the majority of their userbase. People belonging to the hardcore demographic (for want of a better word, I hate that term myself tbh) aren't going to be interested in Kinect. Kinect will really only appeal to the casual demographic, the Sony motion control solution, on the other hand, can be targeted towards both the hardcore and casual demographics.
A bit of a strange decision by Microsoft imo.
