I never see people's problem with the VC pricing, it is far far cheaper than buying the games in physical copy.
Case in point: Sin and Punishment, on Ebay UK the cheapest one is £84.51 ($133.76, €96). Meanwhile the VC version is 1200 points - £8.40 ($13.29, €9.54), assuming one gets their Nintendo points on the Wii shop channel.
Even for a non-import game, it is still great value. Super Mario Bros 2 is generally going for about £13 ($20.57, €14.76) on Ebay U.K. On the VC it is 500 points - £3.50 ($5.54, €3.98).
I really don't see why people make such a fuss about it all
