Basically Sega only had the Ferrari rights for a set period of time and have no plans on making any further Outrun games without the rights. They probably have to pay Ferrari so much each year to re-produce via digital download (though one would think it would be a % per sale) and probably no one is buying the title - thus It's not worth keeping up on the market place. They could probably sell more copies on the 360 with a 50% off sale, but at this rate they will probably sell 1k or so copies (if they are lucky) before it gets pulled.

PS: have anyone heard the XBL deal the buy with 2400 points and get 800 for free? , think i'm going to use it here.
