The apps will come on Windows Phone 7 simply because the developer tools and frameworks for Windows Phone 7 are super rich and really leverage what MS has already done with Silverlight, XNA and Visual Studio 2010. Super easy to take Xbox Live games, Silverlight applications and also host them on Windows Phone 7.
Its libraries that sell systems not a single game.
