The abovementioned delay is only for Russian Federation, as our local distributors are having troubles with CIS version yet again.
There's no need to spam SCEE and SCEA on release dates, hopefully you'll receive everything as it should be - the 2nd (USA), the 3rd (Europe) and the 5th (UK).
There was big misunderstanding as russian delay press-release mentioned "worldwide release postponed", but it seems they kind of considered CIS a whole "worldwide" region
