LOL! Sure! No Pac is not overrated! His Hitem Up Rap is delivered, and flows better than most MC's thought driven raps. With that song being just one troll song! I'll take Pac talking about nothing then most MC talking about something anyday.

Just because someone is saying something different. Doesn't mean their point of view is right!
