Didnt Sony themselves say that they expect PS Move to be a slow burner?   And yet you people are dissappointed in the opening sales despite it doing basically what Sony predicted.

Yes, and I've been mocking that line ever since. It was just spin when they realized they had failed to generate pre-launch hype.

Ah of course,  because you know better than Sony?

Because it's obvious. You didn't hear any "slow burner" PR until just a few weeks before launch. What else should you say when it's becoming clear it's gonna have a slow start? This is the same company that said that PSP Go was selling ahead of expectations..

Well they were comparing to another one of their pereipherals, the Eyetoy,  which was also a slow burner as well.  So I guess it wasnt completely obvious.

At the time the made that statement about the PSP Go it probably was selling ahead of expectations,  which was over a year ago.

Eyetoy Play actually sold a lot faster, it was at the top of the UK charts for the first few weeks (not dropping below spot 3). Sports Champions is down to 18th already. Eyetoy Play hit a million in the EU alone in three months, something that looks very unlikely at this point for Sports Champions or the Move controller.

PSP Go was a flop from the start, there's no way it was selling above expectations as it didn't even get a second shipment in Japan for example.

A game I'm developing with some friends:

It is largely a technical exercise but feedback is appreciated.
