Excluding multi-plats,
Multi-plats doesnt count as PC/X360 (Since the PC is excluded)

Seriously the fk is this lmao. The term "exclusive" means the very same experience of the game cannot be played anywhere else or atleast thats how I define it. Playing the very same game on another platform -> not exclusive. Exclude the PC if you want, but don't ignore it's library and understand that there are a lot of gamers on the PC.
