It's a bit early to ask, since many of the best games release at the end of the year. If DKC, 007, Epic Mickey and others are as good as they look, though, easily the Wii, as 2010 will probably be its best year ever.
Personal favs: S&P2, MH3, Tatsunoko vs Capcom, NMH2, Wii Party
Probable favs (after released): DKC Returns, Epic Mickey, Goldeneye, Kirby
Other notable games: SMG2, Metroid: Other M, Red Steel 2, Sonic Colors, NBA Jam (?)
Most of the HD exclusives didn't interest me (though Reach is awesome), but of course they do have great multiplats, unlike the Wii. It actually makes little sense to me why we should count only exclusives, as that way I'd personally have the Wii winning almost every year.
