I'm more curius as to whether they will take the first game as the start point, with the whole Drake linked to Sir Francis Drake and make it as an origin film or will they try and come up with a completely new story? Thoughts on casting? Nathan Fillon (spelling?) always struck me as a potentially good choice, and of course they could consider Nolan North himself as his voice is so linked to the charcter (for gamers anyway). |
change the story will ruin the movie, this game has already got a fanbase of around 4 million, and thats 4 million that will help spread the word of mouth and create hype. If he changes the story boom, loses fanbase.
the story has to be 1:1 in align with the game, doesn't have to contain certain sections but it should start like the game and finish with the game and contain the best parts of the game in the middle and bam you have a great movie.
