I'm very very impressed with KH:BBS so far.

The command board minigame is addicting, and its levelling up my abilities in the game so its not like I'm wasting time playing it!

The battle system is much better than KH1 and KH 285/7 days (the only other KH games I've played).

You're probably still at the Keyblade Board, just wait until you get to the later boards. Also make sure you get the rare Bonus slots in each of the boards, most of them are unique. 

In the Keyblade board, there's a Ragnarok Bonus slot on the west side of the board, it's a powerful Shotlock command.

I keep trying to get CURE from aqua but I never land on the square so can't get it!

I guess I'll have to use the D-link for now

And why oh why is a boy named Terra......Terra in FF6 is female!

Well, since each one is linked to a respective element, it makes sense to be Terra as in Earth element.

KH1 did a similar thing, but saying anything more is spoilerific

Edit - Try to get Cure, it's worth it. I had Curaga for every character starting from world 3 thanks to the keyblade board xD.

YEAH got cure!! And fire/thunder too while I was at it!

Nice, make sure you buy more Cure from the Moogle Shop (once you get a command you can buy them anytime you want), and create a Curaga (Two Cure make a Cura and two Cura or one Cure and one Cura make a Curaga).
