Really? i thought they were both 30fps. I do remember reading about an interview not too long ago where Insomniac Games stated Ratchet & Clank Future A Crack In Time was 60fps and it will be their first and only in 60fps due to quality and graphic sacrifice. I could be wrong...

Yep you're right. Insomniac sorta saw A Crack in Time and Tools of Destruction as experiments whether they kept on making 60 fps games or not and they decided to opt for 30 fps for future tiles because of the reasons you stated.

Im not very knowlegable on all this but can you explain why high framerate lowers graphics? I don't get it, 30fps Great graphics, 60fps Good graphics. Is it the limitations on the console power?
