I think it's going to be a little more than 3 years till we get a good glassless TV, as some have suggested it will be only 3 years for the quality to improve and the price to come down. I would guess it will be probably 5 years minimum before they even get the viewing angle to at least a more acceptable 90 degrees plus up the resolution to at least 1080p, while at the same time being able to achieve all this on a larger screen. Of course, the price for these new TV will be crazy. Maybe somewhere around $5,000-$10,000. And by that time glasses 3-D TV's and 3-D glasses will have dropped in price incredibly. We probably got 7-10 years before they get this tech to a point where a good sized TV isn't going to run you more than a grand or 2, while giving you the same visual quality of todays HDTV's.
