I only see one real problem with those requirements, and that's the required distance from the TV. I have always expected this to be Kinect's biggest problem, and I still expect that we will see lots of people complaining about it.
I expect Kinect to be fun only in two-player-mode, so to really enjoy Kinect you will need a distance of 2,5m from your body to the sensor. And since the sensor needs to see your whole body, there cannot be any table, other furniture or whatever between you and the sensor.
And that's already two problems that would for example completely rule out playing Kinect in my best friend's house where I play very often. It would be possible in my home, but I would have to seriously rearrange my furniture.
