Sadly, most of us simple beings cannot ever hope to attain such a level of enlightenment where one hour of sleep is sufficient. We are stuck with poor and bothersome tools, such as eating , sleeping, and excercise to help maintain ourselves. :)

I only eat one small meal a day, sleep six hours a day, and walk about a couple miles a day I think while doing errands around the compound. I weight 146 pounds last time I checked, which is just above underweight.

so, just a shot in the dark here but, im guessing your a Buddhist, or have atleast been greatly influenced bu Buddhism. amirite?

but seriously that meditation thing sounded really interesting and relaxing. i only i could find a relaxing place for such a thing....and the time.....and the ability to stay focused for something like that.....
