Will Price of Games be a reason to pick up Move instead of Kinect?

Nope.

If the Kinect games are more appealing people will gladly drop the extra $10.

Move required games so far have been lame. The only one that seems worth playing is free with the bundle.

As opposed to the 0 kinect only games worth playing 

After trying out a number of games, I'm getting at launch:

Dance Central, Your Shape, Kinectimals, Kinect Sports (and Kinect Adventures although it's bundled anyway).  Ones that I didn't try but am interested in are EA Sports Active 2 (have the Wii version of the first one and although it was good I never used it because I hated have to strap the damn controllers to various parts of my body all the time), Motion Sports, Sonic Free Riders and possibly the Brunswick bowling game pending reviews.

Very excited for Child of Eden and Project Draco next year.

I'm only quoting you because you named a whole bunch of games that made me go look them up and I absolutely have 0 interest in any of them :(
